Terrible Experience with Carwiz Tirana

点评：Absolutely terrible experience. We paid for full comprehensive insurance through the company recommended on their website, yet they still took a €1,200 deposit from us. When returning the car, they tried to charge us an additional €440 for an almost invisible tiny scratch on the bumper. We explained that the deposit should cover potential damage, but they refused and told us that if we didn’t pay the €440, they would not return our deposit.
On top of that, they said we would be charged another €10 if we returned the car without washing it. Their communication was also terrible — nobody answered our WhatsApp messages or phone calls.
The whole return process took so long that we almost missed our flight. Extremely rude, unprofessional and completely unreasonable. I would never rent from this company again and strongly recommend avoiding them.
