点评：Pure sad times. 5 star hotel for which you pay the prices for, and having rude staff and very average food is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and to be entirely honest no idea why it’s a 5 star. I would recommend the Grand Menaggio Hotel for the price location and food. Absolutely disappointed. That lobster roll was €38 and there was more lettuce and break than actual lobster filling, it looks pretty full
From the lettuce underneath but the bits of lobster were disappointing. As a group of 5 we ordered also a Greek salad and it was the most plainest and smallest portion of a salad bag and some feta cheese cubes for €22. Would not recommend the food because it wasn’t even good!!! Would not recommend for anything, not for food, price or anything not even pool!! Just The roll and the drink were
€60 without the cuperto and nor the drink or the roll worth anything anywhere near that!!

翻译：真是令人沮丧的经历。一家打着五星级旗号却要收取昂贵费用的酒店，服务态度恶劣且食物水平也相当一般，这实在不可接受。我绝对不会推荐这里，说实话也不明白它为何能被评为五星级。就价格、地理位置和食物质量而言，我更推荐Grand Menaggio Hotel。真的非常失望。那个龙虾卷售价38欧元，里面生菜和面包片比真正的龙虾肉还多；从下面的生菜来看，表面上看似很满，但实际的龙虾碎块却少得可怜。我们五个人还点了一份希腊沙拉，结果就是一小袋最普通不过的生菜，再加上几块羊奶酪，售价竟高达22欧元。绝对不推荐这家店的食物，因为它们根本不好吃！！无论从食物、价格还是其他任何方面来说都不推荐，连游泳池也一样！！仅一个卷饼和一杯饮料就花了60欧元，这价钱在其他任何地方都绝对不值这个价！
