点评:Arrived for 11 am when it opened. Receptionist literally ignored us for about 10 mins then just said she had no internet and then ignored us again for another 10 mins.
I realise she was stressed but she just left us standing. Good customer services would have been to said they had no internet and a few problems and perhaps directed us to sit down and have a coffee until they solved the problem. It was really bad customer services. Eventually she decided to speak to us and took our money. Never told us about the facilities just gave us a band. The band then did not work as the entrance gate did not open. The receptionist shouted from above for us to climb over rocks and the garden to by pass the gate.
The lagoon itself was pleasant. The restaurant was great for lunch. The food was really nice and the staff pleasant.
Would go back but management should send reception team on a customer services course.
