The pricing was very reasonable, and what stood out most was the genuine and honest service. Our main point of contact was Mr. Long, and he was truly exceptional. He is kind, responsive, and incredibly trustworthy—qualities that made a big difference in planning our trip.
What we appreciated the most was his honesty. Instead of pushing expensive options, he often suggested more practical and budget-friendly alternatives. Whether it was advice on currency exchange, renting a motorbike, choosing a café with great views (and even ducks for the kids to enjoy!), or selecting the best sightseeing spots—he always explained the pros and cons clearly and helped us make decisions that suited our family perfectly.
