点评：I joined a 2-week group excursion organized by Amanda and the Still Waters Safari team and they have set the bar for any future trip I will take! Many tour companies in Africa are owned by outside investors - this is not the case with Still Waters. This women-owned, award-winning company is deeply rooted in Tanzania and I felt so honored they shared their culture with me. While the safari portion of the trip was incredible as expected, I was not expecting to be so moved by other activities they planned which focused on giving back to the local communities. My heart, soul, and belly were full by the end of the trip. Amanda and the team really think about the small details of making a trip memorable, which I imagine is hard to do for a group of 20+ guests. She works with the best of the best when it comes to accommodation, guides, and even the vehicles we were in. I wasn’t expecting to have such a great connection to Tanzania but after one trip with Still Waters, I am already thinking about how soon my next visit can be.
