点评：Wow. There are not enough superlatives regarding Still waters safaris. The owner Amanda basically held my hand throughout as I’m NOT an experienced traveler and was traveling solo until I met my tour group in Tanzania. I emailed with questions for weeks prior and Amanda answered every one within a day or two with calming and helpful info. And once landed and with the group we had 5star hotels and 5 star attention to detail. The day we walked a muddy trail to a waterfall, they took our shoes to be cleaned and returned them next day!! Service— always with a smile. There was understanding that we needed bathroom breaks often and they always took us to “good ones”— which was appreciated by all. The tour started slow so as to ease into the time change, then got busy with many outings and game drives, and then slowed down at the end to relax on the beach in Xanzibar. I felt cared for, confident in the guides, and made wonderful friends. You MUST use Still Waters Safaris!!
Oh— and one more thing: I had a dreaded 9hour layover in Kenya and asked Amanda if it was ok to go out of the airport to explore. She responded that she could make me a day tour: pick me up at airport and drive me to two places to visit, lunch, and then return me on time to airport! Yes! So I was excited for the layover now! That’s the kind of service a solo traveler needs to make things easy and feeling secure. STILL WATERS!
