点评:We were amazed that hours before boarding opened there was a substantial queue waiting at the terminal. This is our first experience with such a ferry journey, taking our car. Everything went smoothly. It does take some time, and the people giving instructions as to where to move your car next seem to have an amazingly randomised method of mixing vehicles into new and still unfathomable orders. If you arrive early it will be no guarantee of boarding before those who arrive much much later. Once on board and settled into our small (expected) but perfectly comfortable cabin we explored, including other decks, a little. From our perspective everything we needed was on our deck anyway. Dinner proved adequate and tasty if unadventurous. Later we took our laptops the reading area and enjoyed some quiet (not that the trip was noisey) time there. We woke with the light, such as it was.. serious rain and gloom and we were already at our destination, another few minutes and the boat had docked. Luckily fro us the weather in Tasmania improved during the day, as we moved southwards.
