渔人堡的点评
点评：The Fisherman's Bastion is worth checking out during the day and at night. There is now a fee of 2500 HUF to access the terrace but it is free to enter at night and seeing the city of Budapest lit up at night is very nice. We spent about half an hour walking around the terrace and the many steps around the area to get different views. The area is very busy during the day time and there are quite a few vendors that sell chimney cakes and quick service items.
The Fisherman's Bastion is located in the Buda Castle complex and is right beside the Matthias Church. Seeing the Matthias Church before 5 pm is a must because the interior is spectacular but we would recommend the Fisherman's Bastion in the evening because of how the area lights up and the free access. Nearby here there is the gastronomic quarter which has many good restaurants. The ticket office by Fisherman's Bastion also sells the tickets for Matthias Church.
