点评：Wawel Castle is an absolute must-see in Krakow! From the moment you step into the grounds, you’re surrounded by history and stunning architecture. Climbing to Sigismund’s Bell in Wawel Cathedral was an unforgettable experience, the views across the city and the Vistula River are simply phenomenal, and the bell itself is awe-inspiring.
We also visited the catacombs beneath the cathedral, where the tombs of Polish kings are housed. Walking through these quiet, sacred spaces really gives you a sense of the centuries of history packed into Wawel. Every corridor and chapel feels like a step back in time.
The castle grounds, courtyards, and gardens are equally spectacular. There’s so much to explore, from hidden corners to open spaces perfect for strolling and taking in the views. Paying the extra ticket for the cathedral and catacombs was totally worth it, it made the visit feel complete.
Whether you’re into history, architecture, or just want breathtaking views, Wawel Castle is unforgettable. We left amazed, already thinking about our next visit, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.
