瓦维尔皇家城堡的点评
点评：We bought our tickets before travelling to Krakow but what a headache that was. It was really unclear as to what we were buying and there is no ticket for the whole thing. Why not?? We saw the castle apartment 1 , porcelain room and the treasury. Definitely need the audio guide ( separate price for this) . There were large tour groups ( we went on a Saturday) so they filled the rooms . It was difficult to see the display cases at times.
Rooms were a strange layout with random objects in them . Again, difficult to understand what they were used for because of the hoards of people in them . Imagine school tours, large bus tours!!!
There were lots of people milling about outside ( which is free) but trying to get in the rooms .
The staff are good at saying no, you need a ticket!!!
Beware- only three toilets outside and if you don’t have a ticket you need to pay 5zl!
Not sure I would return , just wanted to get out of Wawel castle.
NB Church is also separately priced ( of course it is!!!)
