点评:Located along arguably the most beautiful street in the Jewish Quarter ( Kazimierz ) is this great looking synagogue which is always a joy to view.
Remuh Synagogue was built on the site of a previous synagogue destroyed by fire in 1557 ,named in honour of Rabbi Moses Isserles who went by the acronym of ReMu which was pronounced Remuh ,its such a wonderful synagogue to view but what I find more heart warming is the fact it's still here considering the horrors that occurred in Krakow and in particular the Jewish Quarter during the German Army occupation of World War Two when nearly all vestiges of the Jewish faith were obliterated, just love to view this building, its easy to locate along Ulica Szeroka and most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
