Came for a birthday… now we visit every week

点评：We visited Callaway Vineyard & Winery as part of a surprise birthday trip, and it completely exceeded our expectations.
We started at Meritage restaurant and everything was outstanding. We ordered the burgers, grilled octopus, spicy shrimp, and shrimp salad. The octopus was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the spicy shrimp had just the right amount of kick. It was the perfect way to start our visit.
After enjoying the views and taking photos in front of the Callaway sign, we headed to the winery for tastings. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Dave welcomed us when we arrived, and Daniel went above and beyond with his knowledge and genuine hospitality, which led us to join the wine club.
We also met Laura, Daniel’s manager, who remembered us from previous visits, and her energy along with Daniel’s made the experience even more enjoyable. Krystal, another manager, was also incredibly kind, and Shannon reached out personally to welcome us after we joined the club.
The views are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is exceptional. It honestly feels like being back at my ranch in Mexico, peaceful and surrounded by great people.
We now find ourselves coming back at least once a week, even driving from Simi Valley through heavy traffic. That alone speaks for how much we love this place.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Temecula Wine Country, whether it’s your first winery or one of many.

现在我们每周至少来一次，即使要从西米谷开车过来，也要克服拥堵的交通。光凭这一点就足以说明我们有多么喜欢这里。
