点评:The trails are lovely, and the horses seemed quiet and manageable for beginners. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the experience.
As a professional equestrian myself, I understand the horse industry and the realities of running an equestrian business, which made the way we were treated especially disappointing. I came with a group of 10 friends, and when we arrived, the woman handling payments told us they would take a group photo after our ride. We waited until afterward, only to have a male employee condescendingly tell us we needed to move rather than offer to take the photo their own staff had offered.
It would have taken less than a minute, and we would have left as happy customers—likely posting, tagging, and recommending the experience. Instead we had to ask a little girl to take our picture in the parking lot... not the same. Hospitality and horsemanship are not mutually exclusive, and the staff here could seriously benefit from some customer service training. The two pictured were the worst, they also ignored anything we asked? One of the beginners didn't want to be in the way back and they just ignored her. There were so many things I could continue to list, but I think anyone reading this gets the gist. Faith was the one exception and was pleasant to interact with.
If you go- I would recommend talking to them as little as possible.
