Hidden Garden Spa的点评
点评：I had originally booked a full spa day for €120, but due to circumstances, I could only attend for a massage. In hindsight, I’m grateful — it saved me from wasting even more money.
From the very beginning, the experience was awful. The address was misleading, and I had to be redirected just to find the place. Upon arrival, I was thirsty and asked for a juice. What I was served was basically half a pint of water with a hint of juice, and when I asked for ice, it came in a dirty glass. That was already a huge red flag.
The building itself was run down, nothing like the photos online. The staff looked drained, the environment was messy, and there was nothing remotely relaxing about the atmosphere.
The massage, which should have been the highlight, only left me more stressed. The room made me worry about mold the entire time, and when it was over, I felt drenched in oil rather than refreshed. Lunch was equally disappointing — an extra €40 for a menu with just two options, both ordered from a delivery service instead of prepared by the spa.
The facilities were inexcusable: the so-called pool was dirty and unusable, and the entire space felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Even going to the bathroom felt unsettling, as though someone was following me around.
Overall, this was one of the worst “spa” experiences I’ve ever had — overpriced, misleading, and downright unhygienic. Nothing matched the pictures, and the service was unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here.
