Unique Travel Morocco的点评
点评：We had a very negative and unsettling experience with Chama / Unique Travel Morocco in Marrakech.
We were traveling as a family with two young children. During the tour, we felt repeatedly pressured to withdraw additional cash from ATMs. When we declined and ended the tour, the situation escalated. After we returned to our riad, she followed us / waited outside the riad and later threatened to call the police over a disputed amount she claimed was owed.
We did not feel comfortable or safe continuing with her, especially with our children present. We would strongly recommend that future travelers confirm all pricing, inclusions, guide fees, driver fees, shopping stops, and payment terms in writing before beginning any tour, and avoid any open-ended cash arrangement.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this guide for families.
