Our Northern Lights Experience 20 March 2026.

点评：We joined Ollie & Ryan on the tour to see the Northern Lights on Friday night 20th March 2026. To say the whole experience was one of the most memorable tours we have ever been on would be an understatement. We left Tromso at 1830 with another four people who were from Japan. Ollie and Ryan make such an awesome team and compliment each other by covering the driving, knowledge, photography and cooking the BBQ hot-dogs etc. They also supply if required thermal over suits for everyone once they know sizes in advance.
On this evening the weather in Tromso was poor and so Ollie had to drive us 2.5 hours north into Finland. Where we ended up was literally a stones throw away from the Swedish border. We had such a clear sky in this area and the zero light pollution allowed for what turned out to be a magical evening. We had about 3 hours out in the snow and Ryan took many pictures of all on the tour individually and collectively. The Northern Lights display came in waves and illuminated the night sky in a real crescendo which was something we wont forget.
In between the mesmerising displays Ollie did BBQ sausages for us all to have in white bread rolls. These were excellent and much appreciated. It is hard to fully say how much you will enjoy an organised tour over one you try and action on your own. I say that as we saw several hire cars which individuals had used from Tromso to try and see the Northern Lights and these were now stuck on the edge of the main road as they had misjudged where the road edge finished and the drop that existed. These cars were still stuck when we left to head back to Tromso as recovery vehicles take time to reach these individuals.
We would highly recommend this impressive, dedicated, knowledgeable and professional tour which is run for your comfort and enjoyment. A very big thank you to both Ollie & Ryan.

在欣赏这令人着迷的极光之余，奥利为我们烤了香肠，夹在白面包卷里。香肠味道极佳，我们非常感激。很难说参加有组织的旅行团比自己安排行程要好多少。之所以这么说，是因为我们看到好几辆从特罗姆瑟租来的车，原本是想去看极光，结果因为误判了路边的落差，陷在了路边。当我们离开返回特罗姆瑟时，这些车仍然陷在路边，救援车辆需要时间才能到达。
