点评：We had 6 people in the room, one adult and 5 teens. My 15 year old son accidently bumped a table, knocking off a glass bottle which broke on the floor. My oldest daughter and I immediately cleaned up the glass and told the attendant, who came in and swept. We clearly explained that it was an accident, he was not horseplaying or throwing the bottle. At no point were we asked if everyone was okay or if anyone was cut. When we left I was told to see the owner at the desk, who proceeded to tell me I would be charge $50 for the damage. This was a 6-8'' glass bottle that could have easily been replaced for $5-10. I was told the extra charge was for her having to drive to purchase the bottle and come in to replace it. I'm sorry, but as a business owner if something at your store breaks, you have to come in and handle it. I would not have minded paying the charge for the actual bottle, but to add $50 on to my total means I spent $237 for a family of 6 to spend an hour at an escape room. That's ridiculous. I told her we would not be back and she said that's fair. I also suggested that she get a plastic bottle and she responded that this had never happened in 4 years. Sorry, but accidents happen. The owner also never asked if anyone was cut or hurt.
