点评:I’ve been a Karma Group member since 2023 (ID: 1112588) and have paid nearly ₹3 lakhs along with membership fees — yet haven’t received a single promised benefit. Despite repeated attempts to contact the concierge for booking a Vietnam holiday in April 2026, there’s been zero response. The Subito app doesn’t work — every date shows “booked,” and customer support is completely unresponsive.
It’s clear Karma Group focuses only on collecting payments, not on serving its members. This is my second bad experience with their after-sales service, and I’m now demanding a full refund since no benefits were ever delivered.
If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll be taking this public across all social platforms and tagging the company’s leadership directly.
Utterly unacceptable experience.
