Interesting castle- wheelchair accessible if you get the right staff
Royal Castle in Warsaw - Museum的点评
点评:The views were really good and it was overall informative. We didn't book with a tour guide and must listened to the audio tour. It was hard to take pictures due to people in tour groups pushing and making sure they are getting the best pictures but with a little patience we got to see things eventually. I am a wheelchair user and I did feel self conscious at times as my wheels squeaked on the floor in some rooms. I also had a man very kindly get me a ramp so I could access the tour. Once the tour had finished, I attempted to go out the way I came and a woman started shouting at me and really had an attitude problem. I tried explaining to her that I needed a ramp and she marched us to the traditional exit. I again explained that I could not get out that way as there was a step and she got really angry. Thankfully, another kinder member of staff redirected us to exit the way we had tried to with the ramp. Overall a positive visit, but the woman's poor customer service did put a bit of a downer on our visit
