点评：Would have given Ranking in Negetive 5 stars if that option is there..
I have booked the trip to Spiti through Himtrek and they have collabs with Byko Journeys and the trip is organised by Byko Journeys LLP.. Such an unprofessional guys they are.. Horrible experience from the Day 1 itself..
Our trip started from Delhi To Shimla by Volvo and they have booked Volvo bus ticket through some CHOR Vendors.. Our luggage was not there in bus diki while we reached Shimla in the Morning on 22nd March 2026.. Total 5 bags were missing and among those 5 bags. 4 bags were from our group trip.. Himtrek or Byko Journeys both didn't even compensate for single penny.. We needed to buy some costly clothes from Sangla as our Bag was stolen on the very 1st day of trip.. I am calling them every single day but unanswered calls and when they pick up the call , the answer is you will receive the compensation today only.. It's been more than a Month from our trip gets completed.. So just don't book your trip through Himtrek or Byko Journeys.. Or else the same can happen to you and they are not at all Answering .. I am also sharing photos of Payment made to Himtrek & Byko Journeys.. Google just don't delete this review if Himtrek or Byko Journeys tell you that this is Spam.. I am posting this with evidence so that the people don't get fool..
