点评:I have a very serious problem pertaining to all of my Final Cut Pro libraries containing my life's work. I was sold defective external hard drives which were suggested to me by Apple at the Apple Store. The flaw in these drives has been acknowledged by both Apple and the manufacturer. I have visited the Downtown Chicago store in order to resolve this issue perhaps six or seven times. Each time that I had visited the store, I was provided with a different explanation and potential remedy for the problem. I had even tipped several of the technicians $20.00 each, thinking they were helping me. Upon my last visit at the store, the greeter obviously viewed my reference account and saw that I had visited the store on multiple instances, for an issue which obviously had gone unresolved. He changed the narrative of the store's policy and told me that Apple's technicians were not employed to help with a problem such as mine. His manner became very agitated and borderline aggressive. His behaviour was that of a vicious poodle. If you visit the store, he is the one with a metal object sticking through his nose. May I suggest that if you encounter him, BEWARE. The audacity of this individual is beyond words. Apple is obviously uninterested in its customers' problems and complaints. And the staff and technicians are emotionally unbalanced and don't know what they are doing. I will no longer be purchasing Apple products. If you visit this store, heed my words.
