I had an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience at this airport lounge.
I asked a female staff member for directions to Gate 36 and repeated the gate number three times to make sure there was no misunderstanding. Each time, she confirmed and pointed me in a direction. It later became clear she had sent me toward the exit, not the gate — and she clearly knew this.
Because of her incorrect directions, I missed my flight.
When I returned to explain what had happened, instead of apologising or helping, she shouted at me, blamed me for missing my flight, and told me I “don’t know how to speak English properly.” This happened in front of other staff members and customers, which was humiliating and deeply distressing.
She was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. She also refused to give me her badge number or name when I asked, which says a lot.
This was not just bad service — it was negligent and disrespectful. A staff member giving wrong directions in an airport lounge can have serious consequences, and the way I was treated afterwards made the situation far worse.
I would strongly advise travellers to be cautious relying on staff here for help. This experience cost me my flight and caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.
Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
