点评：We used Kings Transportation for three different services during our Portugal trip — airport transfer, a Sintra sightseeing day, and private transportation from Lisbon to Tui for our group of 10 — and every experience was excellent.
From the time of booking through each service, communication via WhatsApp was outstanding. Responses were prompt, clear, and professional, which made coordinating travel for a large group much less stressful.
Our airport driver, Paolo, was prompt, professional, and communicative, especially while we navigated Portugal’s very long immigration lines (more than two hours!). He stayed in contact with us the entire time and even shared some interesting Lisbon history on the drive to our hotel.
For both our Sintra excursion and our transfer to Tui, our driver João was absolutely fabulous. Professional, kind, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, he made our group feel comfortable and cared for throughout the trip. Although he was not acting as a formal guide, he shared so much about Portugal, its culture, and the areas we traveled through that it added tremendously to the experience. We also never felt rushed, which made the days especially enjoyable.
Kings Transportation also arranged a local guide for us in Sintra — coincidentally also named João — who was knowledgeable, easygoing, and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. He paced the day perfectly and made sure we had time to truly enjoy the experience rather than just rush from site to site.
I would highly recommend Kings Transportation for anyone traveling in Portugal, especially for small groups looking for reliable, professional, and personable service.
