fantastic communication from time of booking.
Guide was Jorgen who turned up to pre arranged meeting place on time as a ball of energy from the off! I just knew we were going to like him and go on an adventure.
Now the Northern Lights have been a dream of mine for many years and Jorgen made my dreams come true and more.
Jorgen is young! Young with an old head on his shoulders and an old soul. I explained that I may struggle to get in and out of the minibus and may be a bit slow as I had an injury from breaking my back. He helped me at every stop, ensuring I got in and out of the van safely. At one point we had to walk a bit it was deep snow, he kept checking on me, holding out his hand at any opportunity to assist me. A kind, caring, personable individual. Jorgen engaged with us, in fact we didn't stop talking. What really impressed me was his knowledge. He built a campfire, laid out reindeer skins for us to sit on, had made homemade cod stew and found us the most magnificent Auroras at a couple of stops.
The reason I booked with Jorgen was because I had been looking for a local guide not someone from London doing light trips for a few months of the year.....and yes they are here!
Whilst stopped i asked a few questions, jorgen made a "snow whiteboard" drawing and explaining exactly how the lights evolve, he was just amazing. I said the only thing that would make the night even more perfect was if he found me a reindeer.....He found me 2!
If you want an authentic, enjoyable, informative, relaxed, fun northern lights chase book with "Rise Adventures - Jorgen Rise" you will not be disappointed, he goes above and beyond. I cannot praise him enough for making our night simply the best.

停下来时，我问了几个问题，jorgen 画了一幅“雪白板”画，并解释了灯光是如何变化的，他真是太棒了。我说唯一能让这个夜晚更加完美的是他能帮我找到一只驯鹿......他帮我找到了两只！
