点评：Marco with Genuine Costa Rica was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, he was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and easy to work with. Anything we wanted to do, we talked to Marco about it, and he made it happen.
He arranged wonderful excursions and took care of all the details so we could simply relax and enjoy our vacation instead of worrying about planning, researching, or organizing logistics. His restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every tour package he put together felt thoughtful and well planned.
Some of the highlights of our trip included swimming at a beautiful waterfall, enjoying amazing local food, exploring the rainforest, river tubing, and visiting hot springs. Marco made every experience feel smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
Marco truly went above and beyond for us throughout the trip. Even outside of the organized tours, he was generous with his time, helped us get where we needed to go, and made us feel like we had someone local looking out for us the entire time.
What really stood out was how attentive he was. He remembered our coffee orders each morning, checked in on what we needed, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of throughout each excursion.
