Alaska Airline Lounge的点评
点评：We had never been in an airport lounge before. We were very disappointed. The positive side was the staff was great. Easy check in and helpful.
We walked in and it looked nice. We were on the first floor mostly. Found some well used chairs to rest in. We were quite tired after be up for 22 hours. They were comfortable enough. Went to check out the food options. They were okay. Everything was nice and very clean and not messy. An issue here was the layout. People kept bumping into one another.
The part that really made it underwhelming was how messy and dirty the floor was in the seating area. Food and garbage in the floor. We went upstairs and it was better, but still dirty.
It was pretty noisy on the first floor too. Therefore we moved upstairs.
We were both surprised at our experience. We had always heard how great these lounges are. We were grateful for the space. Just hope next time is is better.
