点评：A group of five of us had a phenomenal tasting with G&M on Friday.
It’s well known that G&M’s liquid library is second to none, and they offer, quite simply, some of the best tasting experiences in the country — and at truly amazing value for money.
But, world-class whisky aside, what really makes their experiences the best in the country, whether you’re a whisky expert or a complete novice, is the retail team. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of them.
A whisky experience is made or broken as much by the host as by the whisky itself, and the amazing Nigel and Russell looked after us brilliantly. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and hospitality made the whole experience genuinely memorable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a G&M retail tasting to anyone. Especially those who believe the zenith of whisky tourism is getting into a queue early for the privilege of buying a bottle of 10-year-old Campbeltown whisky. 😂
