点评:I am very sad to write this report. I have always loved going to Jiminy peak, and it has been great for me and my family and also friends. But never have I been so disappointed by not only the employees but the crew that is working there. I had many horrible encounters with the ski patrol who denied me access into the mountain after I bought my ticket. I had a malfunction and asked to get it re checked. And they said they can’t do anything about it an I had to repay the money. The conditions are horrible, and going back to ski patrol, I have never seen a more uncoordinated team. My son got hurt on the side of whitetail and it took 23 min for ski patrol to help my son. And when they got there they had no urgency or anything. I really wish that I got names because this had to be the worst day ever. They also have a policy that says we can get a ticket for another day if we don’t like conditions, and we have to say that within an hour of buying the pass. And when me and my son along with my husband left, it was within an hour, and they refused to give me replacement tickets for another day. I don’t know if I will ever come back here. Horrible staff. Especially the older lady who took so long to take care of my son. She was on ski patrol and did not seem to care at all. I hope she gets fired as I will continue to fight for my son. I can’t believe these old Karen’s are still working at the mountain. Unbelievable.
