Atmosphere is amazing, welcome staff needs to be attentive

点评：Overall, I had a good experience at Dolphin Cove.
Upon arrival, the staff seemed a bit preoccupied but greeted us shortly after. Check-in was smooth, and the representative quickly found our reservation code. The main area, including the pool and restrooms, were clean and well maintained. Some other areas of the property appeared a little run down, although I assume sections like the water slide area are cleaned and fully prepared on busier days.
The dolphin interaction was the highlight of the visit. My guide, Kevin, was friendly, engaging, and made the experience enjoyable.
After spending time at the pool and on the jungle trail, we went to view our photos. Unfortunately, we had to greet the staff three times before getting their attention. I believe both the entrance/check-in team and the photo area staff should be more attentive when guests arrive, especially during quieter periods.
Overall, I enjoyed my visit, as I always do.
One recommendation would be to allow guests to bring bottled water into the park. Water is a basic necessity, while restrictions on food and other beverages would be understandable.
