点评：Booked a goat encounter for the whole family to enjoy together.
When it was time for our encounter which was meant to include a half hour walk with the goats the young lady just took us into a goat pen. After half an hour we asked if we were still going on the walk. She curtly replied that she’d decided as there were a few of us we were going to just play in the pen itself .
Awkwardly I had to politely request we DID have the walk we had paid for and age reluctantly agreed.
The 8 of us in the group had 2 goats between us. After a short walk of about 12 minutes we were taken back to the goats pen and the staff member told us our half hour time slot was over.
Very disappointing. We paid for a full half hour experience to enjoy together and I don’t feel it was up to this staff member to take it upon herself to decide differently unless there was an animal issue obviously.
I contacted the farm by email the next day and to be fair they issued me with a 50% refund after originally offering to let us repeat the experience but us being unable to return.
The young lady in the gift shop/ entrance was incredibly welcoming and warm.
