点评：The Mill City Museum focuses on the flour history in the area. Normally, I would say this is an incredibly boring topic for a museum, but they've managed to make this a really interesting experience. The main attraction here is the Flour Tower, which is a large elevator that takes riders up and down the tower for 12 minutes talking about the operation of the mill as told by former workers. It's like the Tower of Terror without the terror. Once done, they let you out at the top for an excellent view of the Mississippi River, stone arch bridge, and neon sign on the museum building. Besides this attraction, some other highlights included simulating a flour explosion, a tasting kitchen, and a hand-on water works exhibit. The museum does a commendable job of taking something that really isn't that interesting on the surface and making it a unique and engaging experience. I'd recommend stopping here as this is a one of a kind museum.
