点评：Sharing real life experience happened last week. Booked room for 1 night on 7th April, one month in advance for family. Paid advance. Got confirmation. Reached Ratnagiri morning. Called care taker Sharad about my arrival. Care taker tells me that there is short circuit in resort and resrot is empty for fixing electrical wire. He arranged to refund. I refused and asked him to book somewhere else within agreed amount. He siad he will call back. He did not, so I decided to visit the Bhatye resort. To my surprise I found that all rooms were occupied. Sharad care taker was not there. I called him and told him that I am at resort. He came, tried to justify that all current guest will vacate by 10 am. I ask one of the guest and he said NO. Guest said he is staying for 3 days. Complete B*S***D. He then agrees to provide alternate location. After 15 mins he takes to OYO Konkan resort nearby. We are shown room with AC and all facilities. We take it. Surprisingly this property is S**T. After 2hours Tube freezes, AC stops working. Light goes off. Owner starts making excuse. We asked to return money and go somewhere else. Owner refuses. We could not get room due to weekend and higher cost. No choice but stay there. Whole night the power goes off. No light, no AC. We spend night in dark. OWNER of Bhatye beach resort is Fraud, Sharad care taker should not have booked room for higher cost from other guest. Please dont Book. When they get higher quote they will give the room to highest bidder and return your money.
