点评：We booked the Saturday afternoon gin class as a group of friends. The experience from start to finish ish was fantastic. We were welcomed with their signature gin and tonic and Alex talked through their gin making with a tour of their gin making. We were introduced to a whole range of botanicals with great advice on the combinations and quantities we could use to make our gin. The distillation process was very straight forward collecting the heads, hearts (the best bit) and the tails. Whilst this was going on, Thea had prepared the most fabulous charcuterie board which helped to soak up the alcohol we had tasted. We also tasted all their range of gins (and vodka) with a few perfect serves also on hand. A great, fun afternoon - lovely to hear about their process from grain to bottle ….very much a local business with small batches making very special spirits.
