A brilliant party venue for young children

点评：My son has had two birthday parties here (age 4 and 5), and it is the most wonderful venue. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff organising and on the day. The only difficult thing about booking was that I could only find an email address to contact them with, not a phone number so it took some time sending messages back and fore. Your booking also isn't confirmel until you take up a cash deposit, which can be difficult when working.
The venue however was perfect for a party. I like the fact that when you book it you automatically get private use of the place, something other places charge an excessive fee for! They have a great choice of party packages, with different food options. We went for the hot food where orders are taken in advance. The children also had ice cream. It is great that parents are also able to order food and drinks to enjoy during the party. They also offer additional party options, we paid for a character mascot that came to dance and sing happy birthday. I love the fact that the staff round the children up and sing happy birthday etc. The venue is very aesthetically pleasing and extremely safe as there are baby gates and the main door is locked. Everyone is required to take their shoes off, and lockers are provided to store them, making sure the place is clean. They have a great array of toys, there are so many none of the children argued. There are role play areas and a soft play area. I was initially worried that the children would be a bit old at the second party, but to the contrary they all thoroughly enjoyed playing! The staff bring the party to a nice close by getting the children to tidy up and the birthday child to give out party bags and stickers on the way out.
