Avis Car Rental Malta International Airport的点评
点评：10th sep 2026 . which is today this morning.
the person i travelled with hired the car due he wanted to drive and didnt need me to.
we rented a smallish new car form avis at palma ( and palma itself re car rental companies has an appaling reputation).
so hiring it was fairly easy with no deliberate trip ups pre planned by avis that were obvious however when we returned the car this morning we filmed it as we did when we picked it up. absolutely no damage no marks no scuffs anywhere to be seen. we had to put the key in a key return box due they wernt open at 05:15 in the morning . we then had a 5 hour wait for our flight and after two hours my buddy got a ping on his phone from avis stating there was £307 worth of damage to front nearside wing which of course there was no such thing and where did they get that estimate from at 07:15 in the morning. what they were banking on was that we had flown out but of course we hadnt . my buddy went back to their return point and of course they were shocked to be caught with their trousers down. the guy who checks the cars was there and also a female manager both outright liars . my buddy invited the manager to point out the damage and of course she refused to go anywhere near the car . this is absolutely disgracefull from a company like avis it seems swindling customer at car rental points in spain and particular palma is akin to an epidemic .unfortunately i have no names or id post them . beware of avis palm they are outright liars and will try to take your money.
