点评:On April 6th (Eastern Monday), we booked the tour on their page, the payment was accepted in my card and their page showed success, no more; no download button, or mail in my basket (neither main mailbox nor junk basket).
We went to the train and showed it to the man checking the tickets, explaining the situation, who was rude, even after proofing the issue was on their page, he took us out of the train shouting; his excuse, we showed the payment in different phone’s wallet than the reservation (we paid with my card in my friend’s phone), whoever uses a credit card knows it is independent of the device.
On top, none of their attention numbers was on service, even though one of them is for Sat/Sun & Holidays.
A bitter experience, not because of money, but because of way of mistreating people in a tourist service.
