Authentic Trails的点评
点评：It started months before the actual hiking vacation in Northern Portugal.
Contact by mail regarding our wishes and ideas were followed by prompt and accurate replies and proposals from Teresa from Authentic Trails. The result was our individual hiking plan.
From the minute of our arrival at Porto Airport to the end of the nine days, she and her team kept close contact and successfully organized the planned and the unexpected events that happened. We experienced beautiful hiking trails, good to excellent hotels, excellent dinners and excursions, well organized transfers of our luggage and sometimes of ourselves. Additional wishes during the days, consider it done.
So for the organization and quality - a 10 out of 10.
On top of all this we experienced the personal touch and warm personal contact with her and her team members. Especially so, when one of us ran into a medical problem. The planned day tour in Porto was immediately changed to a visit to a health clinic with personal assistance. A night at the hotel plus a city tour the next day with the same guide were added without question by Authentic Trails. Everything for a happy customer, as Teresa explained. This really made the total score 11 out of 10.
Our summary of this vacation, as the Portugese say: 'ouro sobre azul'. Translated as: 'gold over blue'.
