professional efficient and raised above expectations Pallvi at ndeschen Travel Studios Pvt. Ltd

点评：I am from UK & I contacted Pallvi from Indeschen Travel Studios Pvt. Ltd
to organize my India trip to Rajasthan & goa . She took all our requirements and sorted our trip out fabulously . She was so good , took care of our flights , car pick up & our tours in all different destinations & locations. We fell ill in jodhpur so had to cancel two destinations & she was quick in organizing our longer stay in jodhpur & cancelling our other two destinations. She was on the ball , caring & professional . Also in Jaipur we were not happy with our hotel there, Sheraton four points , not Pallvi s fault at all , I texted Pallvi that we wanted to move from that hotel . Pallvi & her colleague Rohit sorted another better hotel within an hour with no problem at all. Both were so efficient & always kept in touch with us through out our holiday at different locations. We are so impressed with Pallvi especially as she was out of the country on training while we were touring in India . Pallvi is so efficient, professional and We definitely will use her for our holidays
