Terrible experience in Vande Bharat Howrah to Puri

点评：I recently travelled from Howrah to Puri. The experience was not good though I had high expectations based on my travels in the similar train from Howrah to NJP.
The maintenance of Vande Bharat Howrah to Puri is terrible. The staff are unprofessional and are busy collecting tips as soon as the train reached Bhubaneswar. I was surprised when the supervisor came over stating please pay for the services we gave you.However, we were yet to be served soup and lunch. The soup was served 10 minutes ahead of lunch. The staff did not have a strolly they were using their arms to serve food and also to collect soiled plates.The washrooms were dirty and the house keeping guy asked for money saying the supervisor who had collected tips would not give him a share. The windows were dirty and so were the food table.
I thought this is a world class train.Bur alas it is short lived.The train has become like any other ordinary train.But the fares have remained the same.
