点评：Absolutely terrible in terms of customer service. I booked tickets + cab. When I got a better cab fare, and realized they were over charging, I was denied tickets too. Really really terrible. Either succumb to their demands, or figure out your own way. Avoid them. Easy to find better options.
They talk about my bad behaviour. I have attached the chat of the so called representative.
I got a much better car deal and no where in my booking did it say that I cannot cancel my booking. I contacted them for Ba Na hIlls ticket and they offered me a taxi pick up drop strictly as an ADD ON.
When I told them I want to cancel, they did not inform me that the tickets and taxi was a package, the person asked me for the rate to first try and see if he could match it. When the rate was much below what he has quoted , because he was trying to skim more from a tourist who doesn't know much about the place, his reply was that I should ask my driver to get the tickets. The chat is clearly visible for all to see and judge who is rude. My booking was for tickets only. And taxi was just an add on. Even if the booking was done and the tickets and taxi we're a package, there are far better ways to communicate it. I come from a client serving industry and I know how to deal with clients and customers.
I'd also like to put it out there that I booked tickets on 19 Sep and was offered taxi as add on service, there was no follow up and I messaged the guy on 3 Oct to confirm if he was even coming or not. All chats are shared.
And about denying service, I thank you. I would like to stay away from such shameless travel services myself. Thank you VM travels for giving me a terrible experience even before I went on board.

当我告诉他们我想取消预订时，他们并没有告诉我车票和出租车是套餐，而是先问我价格，看看能不能凑成。结果价格比他报价低很多，因为他想从对这个地方不太了解的游客那里多捞点钱，他回复说我应该让我叫司机去买车票。聊天记录清晰可见，所有人都能看得清，判断谁粗鲁无礼。我的预订只包含机票，出租车只是附加服务。即使预订成功，机票和出租车是套餐，也应该有更好的沟通方式。我从事客户服务行业，深谙如何与客户和顾客打交道。
我还想说一下，我9月19日订的票，他们提供出租车作为附加服务，但之后没有任何后续行动。10月3日我给那位工作人员发了消息，确认他是否来。所有聊天记录都会共享。
关于拒绝服务，我非常感谢。我自己也想远离这种无耻的旅行服务。感谢VM旅行社，在我登机前就给了我一次糟糕的体验。

为了让其他乘客了解事情的真相，以及工作人员会如何上网撒谎并指责你作为顾客。
