点评：We had such a lovely experience at Lympne, Castle, made particularly special by Bea, who has recently joined the team.
From the moment we arrived, Bea made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, friendly and attentive and simply could not do enough to make sure we were looked after. There are people who provide good service, and then there are people who have that natural ability to make you feel completely at home — Bea is most definitely one of them. If everyone had someone like Bea looking after them, the world would be a better place!
We sat out on the terrace, which was a beautiful setting, and enjoyed a delicious charcuterie selection accompanied by mint tea. The service throughout was excellent and wonderfully relaxed, making it the perfect way to spend some time.
As a TripAdvisor reviewer with over 50,000 readers and currently in the top 1% of reviewers worldwide, I visit and review a great many places, and it is often the people who make an experience truly memorable.
Bea certainly did that for us.
She is an absolute credit to the team, and I hope Lympne Castle knows what a gem they have found. We will most definitely be returning.
