点评：I don’t want to spend too much time describing the spa itself, because it is something you really need to experience for yourself. But everything is simply in the right place, and you can tell that an enormous amount of thought has gone into every detail. Even the artwork on the walls feels carefully chosen and adds to the atmosphere.
What impressed me most, however, was the staff.
It is immediately obvious that they are genuinely there for the guests. Everyone I encountered was incredibly helpful, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Even though I don’t speak the local language, they did everything they could to make sure I understood what was available and got exactly what I had come here for.
And I had an absolutely fantastic time.
The sauna masters deserve a special mention as well. They work together as a real team and constantly support one another. The Aufguss experiences they create are incredible. They turn a sauna session into a genuine show, and somehow you don’t even realise that you’ve already been sitting in 90°C heat for 15 minutes.
But there is one person who deserves an extra-special mention — and this is actually the reason I decided to write this review.
Justyna noticed me on several occasions and simply approached me because she saw that she could help. Twice, she pointed me towards sauna programmes I didn’t even know about, and on another occasion she went out of her way to give me directions.
It may sound like a small thing, but that level of attention is exactly what makes a place special.
Justyna, thank you for being so attentive and for making me feel genuinely looked after. You went above and beyond.
I came here looking for a great wellness weekend.
I found something much better — a place where people genuinely care about the experience of their guests.
I will definitely be coming back.
