点评：Our tour guide Anne-Laure was well spoken, knowledgeable and helpful. That is the good part.
The following are some of the serious shortcomings:
1: The booking process is simply awful. Their insistence on the use of the 1829 app is clunky, unhelpful, badly informed and amateurish. Event staff need to up their game. The introduction over the next two years of an hotel will be a disaster unless they get their act together.
2: The tour is expensive and represents very poor value for money. Everybody else does it better.
3: The support staff are not customer focussed. They are badly trained. After the tour reception REFUSED to call me a taxi despite my infirmity.
Strongly suggest that Bollinger sends a representative to one of the many other maisons to see how it is done.
I would not attend this tour again.
