点评：Agree wholeheartedly with above comments. The entrance previously was stunning always enjoyed just being there and beautiful flower arrangements
Now Barista area a few cakes on display that can not be seen. Previously walking to counter where delicious choices displayed could choose whilst placing order.
Cafe Just perfect before alterations Now noise level clattering and disorganised even management.
As for area conversion from
Shop to cafe seating area very dark dismal !
Yesterday coffee machine not working) ok this can happen.. surely an alternative could be offered cafetière or instant!!
Hot chocolate not available ether.
I asked for Berry Tea was given Chamomile !!
We LOVE West Dean gardens and walking trails all year around the estate which we have been visiting for over 20 years. Not sure we will renew our membership ( this too is disorganised)
Preferred the setting of shop .. now in the BIG barn with displays out reach !!
And noted many people walking through without paying entrance!!

热巧克力也买不到。
我点了浆果茶，结果得到的是洋甘菊茶！！
我们非常喜欢韦斯特迪恩庄园的花园以及全年都可游览的步行小径；二十多年来我们一直光顾这里。不过现在不确定是否还会续订会员资格了（这里的管理实在混乱）。
原先的店铺环境更不错……现在店铺搬到了那个大谷仓里，陈列品却高得难以触及！！而且注意到很多人不买票就进去了！！
请务必倾听顾客的反馈。
