Excellent 15 day deep jungle tour of Guyana perfectly organised by Nevin

点评：What a holiday! Well beyond our expectations.
We fully enjoyed the 15 day long deep jungle tour by Nevin's Adventure Guianas. The trip brought us deep into Guyana's beautiful, undisturbed southern and central areas, brimming with nature and wildlife.
Staying at 6 different locations, mainly amongst local Amerindians was a very exciting experience, like we never had before. The many small boat-, canoe- and light plane trips were out of this world, taking us to hidden places where we were welcomed in a traditional ambience, with deep respect for nature, almost being like explorers ourselves.
We have seen so many animal species new for us: giant otter families, giant anteater, 5 species of monkeys, 5 species of kingfishers, many different water birds, many different birds of prey, macaws, capybara, all kinds of smaller birds, black- and spectacled caiman, frogs, turtles and much more. It was also interesting to learn about the trees and other vegetation and their use by Amerindians.
Even though it was warm and humid in early September, we hardly met any mosquitoes, but nevertheless slept under protective gear.
The food was overall of good quality and cooked locally.
We had guides and boats all to ourselves and felt very privileged to be shown around so privately. Especially we appreciated the exclusive river/creek tour in a canoe made from a hollowed out tree trunk. The other highlight was close witnessing of the capture and measuring and release of a large black caiman.
The trip as completed with a visit by plane to see the huge and wonderfull Kaieteur waterfall from the air and from the ground, impressive and hardly anybody there!
After a short day in Georgetown, we boarded the plane back to London being very satisfied by the excellent organised tour by Navin, Navin's son and their team. They had taken into account all our preferences and physical limitations. The are very pleasant people, who really care!
This trip is very highly recommended, quite affordable, but do not expect glamour and 5-star accommodation. Instead be fully submerged into the beauty of unspoiled lush Guyana with a strong personal support by Nevin and his team.

我们见识到了许多对我们来说前所未见的动物物种：巨型水獭家族、大食蚁兽、5种猴子、5种翠鸟、各式各样的水鸟和猛禽、金刚鹦鹉、水豚，还有各种小型鸟类、黑凯门鳄与眼镜凯门鳄、青蛙、龟类等等。了解这些树木及其他植被以及美洲原住民对它们的利用方式也很有趣。
虽然九月初的天气温暖潮湿，我们几乎没遇到蚊子，但还是戴着防护装备入睡。食物整体质量不错，也都是当地烹制而成的。
我们有专属的向导和船只，能享受这种私人化的游览体验真是倍感幸运。尤其让我们欣赏不已的，就是乘坐用树干掏空制成的独木舟来进行的专属河流/溪流之旅。另一个亮点就是亲眼目睹了一只大型黑凯门鳄被捕获、测量后又放归自然的全过程。
这次旅行以乘飞机游览作为收尾——我们从空中和地面欣赏了壮观无比的凯伊图尔大瀑布，那里令人叹为观止，却几乎无人光顾！
在乔治敦短暂停留后，我们乘飞机返回伦敦。纳文、他的儿子以及整个团队精心安排的这次旅行让我们十分满意。他们充分考虑了我们所有的偏好以及身体条件限制。他们都是非常友善的人，真心为我们着想！
这次旅行强烈推荐给大家，价格也相当合理；不过可别指望能享受到奢华体验或五星级住宿。相反，您将完全沉浸在圭亚那这片未受破坏的原始自然美景中，同时还能得到内文及其团队无微不至的贴心照料。
