Ready Set Play的点评
点评：We recently held our toddler’s birthday party at Ready, Set, Play, and while the venue setup was adequate, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor professionalism and uncomfortable staff interactions. The most disruptive moment came when a staff member interrupted the party to request the remaining balance right in the middle of the celebration and in front of our guests. It was jarring, unnecessary, and completely out of place. A simple reminder before or after the event would have been far more appropriate.
Throughout the event, the staff’s engagement with partygoers was noticeably off-putting. They seemed disinterested and detached, offering minimal warmth or enthusiasm. Their presence felt more like monitoring than hosting, which made the atmosphere feel transactional rather than celebratory.
Hosting a toddler’s party should feel joyful, welcoming, and well-supported. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a rental with rules than a celebration with care. We left feeling disappointed and a bit embarrassed by how things unfolded.
I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how they approach customer service, especially during milestone events for young children.
