点评：The place is absolutely awful. The waiting time for food and drinks is terrible (we waited an hour for 2 hot dogs) They do not handle allergies well, so if you have any allergies please avoid it before something bad happens there as they don’t take it seriously. We were served by Josh, who we found very rude, and some customer service training was definitely needed. I don’t know is top golf just hires anyone, but he was absolutely rude.
Firstly, I was accused of vaping by him when I wasn’t I tried to say I was not however I was spoken to by him with attitude. I then crossed the line to get my ball that didn’t register and I was shouted at by a member of staff. About 20 mins later Josh came over and kicked me out of Topgolf saying he had heard what happened and there was no warning at all. This was a genuine mistake I did not realise, so was very upset to have to leave the venue and my friends due to this without any warning for a genuine accident. I had also paid for my food and drinks which I had to leave along with half of my game still to go.
