点评：Two visits, two terrible experiences, I should have learned my lesson the first time.
This time I queued for over 20 minutes, only to be skipped twice. When I flagged it with the bartender, he shrugged and said it was just how it is. When I spoke to the woman who jumped the queue, she flat-out denied it. Then another staff member had the audacity to tell me I shouldn't complain because "ladies first." I walked out.
The first visit wasn't much better. Karaoke night, and the host spent the evening shuffling the order however he liked. When we asked why we kept getting pushed to the back, he said, with zero shame, that he doesn't care, it's his call. Then he took the last two songs for himself. Incredible.
On top of all this: no real queue system, terrible slow service even with loads of staff on, and the place is crazy hot.
The staff here have a serious attitude problem. Dismissive, disorganised, and seemingly allergic to basic customer respect. Save yourself the trouble.
