点评:We really enjoyed our time here as a pit stop for a few hours while making the drive from DC to Pigeon Forge. But I think the issue is that it's trying to be too many things to too many audiences. It's weird vibe to be like half dino/fossil site and half children's museum. We liked both but our kids are almost 4 and 6 and were probably the right age. Unfortunately because it was a rainy day the outside actual fossil area was closed so we didn't get to engage with that portion. But we did pay a little extra for the tesla show, which was so loud they give you special headphones and I do not think my kids liked it at the time thought they've talked about it since lol. We had gone through the fossil exhibit area downstairs first and thought the hands on area would be at least dinosaur themed, and it's really not connected at all other than I guess paleontology and the kid exhibits would all be under a very broad science umbrella. Looking at the lab specimens upstairs was fun for me, but not engaging for the kids. Their favorite part was the two story (enclosed) climbing tower.
Maybe just go with low expectations and they'll be exceeded!

也许只是低期望,他们会被超越!
