点评:What an experience we have had at knockhatch today!! Long story short we have a disabled 4 year boy (suspected autism and ARFID). We went into froggies to eat, us ordering from the counter for the rest of the family and my boy having his own lunch box, which is the same lunch he has 7 days a week. We were approached aggressively by the a member of staff telling us to put the food away. After explaining our situation with her and the fact we was ordering food, the staff member continued to telling us to put the food away. The manager came over and explained their policy politely, but unfortunately mistakenly told us that our sons need for specific foods was not a dietary requirement. Which it is, under the equality act 2010 as a reasonable adjustment. We were left with no choice but to leave. We understand we were meant to contact the organisation under this act but believed that because of having done the same many times in the same outlet that this was accepted. We are very upset with how we were approached and the way it was dealt with. 😡
